In this design, the "hand" (human characteristics) was visualized by creating a huge design object by hand. Placing solid styrofoam lump as "a material that is a symbolic material that is produced in small varieties and in large quantities and does not include" hands "", the act of "digging by hand" and "processing using tools" for that material went. By performing these actions on a material with a huge scale, the characteristics of "hands" are "one-time consumption of life", "disparity between rational behavior and physical execution", "individuality", "desire" I tried to visualize.

The shape of the design object is created by extracting elements of the shape from a 18c-19c British wooden cabinet, a time when furniture production by humans was commonplace.

このキャビネットは、人間の「手」の可視化を「手による技法」「素材」「デザインオブジェクトのスケール」という要素で試みた作品。キャビネットの形状は、人間の手による政策が当たり前であった18c-19cのイギリスの木製キャビネットから形状の要素を抽出している。

発泡スチロールの塊を「小品種多量生産であり人間の「手」が含まれていない象徴である素材」と捉え、その素材に対して「手で掘る」「道具を用いて加工する」という行為を用いてキャビネットを制作した。巨大なスケールの素材に対してそれらの行為で制作を行うことで「手」の特性である「一回性である生の消費」「理性的行動と身体的実行の不一致」「個性」「欲望」の可視化を試みた。

In this design, I considered a lump of styrofoam, which is uniformly produced by machines and has not been touched by human hands, as a symbolic object. Using Styrofoam, I attempted to visualize the characteristics of the human hand that do not appear in machine production.

I used the act of "digging and scraping" as a method of molding. The method of "drawing and painting" was used as an act of finishing, expression, and decoration in manufacturing. The analog digging of styrofoam was presented by comparing the dug and undug portions. And the hole has a distorted shape.

This design object is an attempt to increase the production process and visualize the "consumption of time" by applying multiple layers of paint and using multiple colors. The "consumption of time" means that the creator is consuming life through the act of creation. In addition, I tried to visualize the "individuality" and "desire" of human beings in that they are aware of the color scheme and painting method even if there are no rules.

このデザインオブジェクトは、人間の「手」の可視化を「手による技法」「素材」によって試みた作品。この制作では、デザインオブジェクトを成形したあと塗装や装飾を行うという、一連の制作行為から「手」の可視化を行った。

　この制作物では、発泡スチロールの塊を「少品種多量生産であり「手」が含まれて いない象徴である素材」と据え、その素材を素手とハンマーで成形し、重層的な塗装と多色を強調した色を「塗る」行為を行った。それらの行為を通して「手」の特性で ある「一回性である生の消費」「理性的行動と身体的実行の不一致」「個性」「欲望」 の可視化を試みた。

Visualization of human "hands" - paint/draw #1-2 -

In this design object, we tried to visualize and express the "hand" which is a human characteristic using a stool uniformly manufactured by a machine. As a technique, the expression act of "drawing and painting" was used to finish and express in art and design.

This design object uses multiple layers of paint and uses multiple colors to try to visualize "consumption of raw material" and is aware of the color scheme even if no rules are required for the color scheme. I tried to visualize human "individuality" and "desire".

　この油絵具を利用したシリーズのデザインオブジェクトは、人間の「手」の可視化を「手による技法」と「既製品という素材」を用いて「手」の可視化を試みた作品。このシリーズでは、存在するほとんどの家具デザインで施されている塗装や装飾という「仕上げの行為」から「手」の可視化を行なった。

このシリーズでは、「手」が含まれていない少品種多量生産による既製品に対して、 意図的に人間による作業の手間を見せる為に色を重層的に塗り、さらに多色を用いて色を塗るという行為を行った。その行為を通して「手」の特性である「一回性である生の消費」「個性 」「欲望」の可視化を試みた。

Japanese furniture is made by "hand", but the "hand" is not visible from the finished furniture, and the "hand" is buried. In this design, I tried to make the buried "hands" visible. In the Japanese furniture used in this project, "hands" could be seen as "auxiliary lines for processing wood," "processing of wood," and "repairs that occur during production. So I visualized "visualization of auxiliary lines", "list of holes" and "hands" by "visualization of processing by openings" and "visualization of repair marks by highlighting with gold leaf".

In this design object, I am trying to visualize the "consumption of life" by highlighting processing such as drilling, creating auxiliary lines, and repair marks with gold leaf, and drawing uneven lines while accurately drawing auxiliary lines. By the appearance of inaccurate rows of holes, I tried to visualize the gap between rational planning and physical execution.

In this design object, there is handwriting on the back that seems to be traces of a Japanese furniture maker, and no holes have been drilled to store it as evidence of "hand". The holes were punched with a mechanical row used for industrial punching metal compared to #1.

In this design object, additional work was done to punch the holes, create auxiliary lines, correct the repair marks, decorate the modified areas with silver leaf, and burnish the silver. Through these actions, I tried to visualize "raw consumption", "individuality", and "desire". Not only that, I tried to visualize the difference between rational planning and physical execution in the way that uneven rows of holes appeared when I drilled the holes while accurately drawing the auxiliary lines.

　和箪笥を利用したデザインオブジェクトのシリーズは、人間の「手」の可視化を「手による技法」と「素材」を用いて試みている。このシリーズでは、和箪笥の制作で行われる「手」による様々な行為を強調することで、完成品から見えなくなってしまい「埋没」している「手」を掘り起こすことで「手」の可視化を行なった。

　このデザインオブジェクトのシリーズでは、和家具を制作する際に行う「下書き線を引く」「木材を加工する」 「必要な箇所を補修する」という行為を意図的に強調させ表面化させた。強調させた行為を和箪笥に行うことで「手」の特性である「一回性である生の消費」「理性的行動と身体的実行の不一致」「個性」「欲望」の可視化を試みた。

木材の補修箇所に対して金継ぎのように金箔・銀箔を用いて装飾を行なっているが、銀箔では「焼き付け」という一手間を「あえて」行なっている。

“Box Sofa” was produced by a project by New Generation Creative City Research Center and Yahoo! JAPAN.

I designed a sofa for the co-working space "LODGE" operated by Yahoo! JAPAN. I built the design concept and did the basic design. The sofa is intended to encourage worker communication and innovation. The specification method is free, and by shifting the height of the eyes, it is designed to ease the feeling of pressure and tension of the user.

この家具は、人の交流を支援する家具として、Yahoo! JAPAN が運営しているコワーキングスペース 「LODGE」に向けてデザインした。従来の人間工学に基づき規格化された座面寸法や机上面寸法から離れた形を組み合わせることで、様々な新しい姿勢を引き出すコンセプトに基づいて設計した。

この家具は利用者に対して曖昧なアフォーダンスを提示するため、使い方に多様性をもたらす。人間工学的な寸法を使用しない事で短時間での使用を促し、他者同士の距離感を担保できるよう目線の高さをずらした面の高さで設計されている。

各部位の寸歩は、チェアやテーブル、スタンディングデスクといった自由な使い方が想定できるように設計されている。 この家具の利用者はどの位置でも利用できるため、位置に応じて他者との関係性にも多様性が生まれる。

この「box sofa」では、アイディア立案と基礎設計を担当した。

I incorporate Roland Bart's semiotics and the concept of time in Heidegger's books in my work. As a result, I found value in hierarchy and stratification of the meaning of one symbol and object, and assembled the concept from there. In the concept of time, The act of laborious acts or the act of taking time mean that the producer uses the time until his death for production. In other words, production acts can be said to the gorgeous act of time using until the death of the author. So I created a delicate object by glass, but at the same time it contains a heavy context of death of the producer.

Lighting that was produced for the cafe crisscross is Aoyama road participation shop Art Fair 2016.

The meaning of the language that ceremony, and 　continue to  search deep meaning by denotation and connotation end up in the language of fire and candles and torches. There because that leads to a limited space, such as ceremonies and feasts from, devised a lighting as the solution of to this environment and events.

Chandelier is present as a symbol of meetings and place where people gather, such as banquet, such as dance field monasteries and wealthy gather using a candle-flame that I mentioned earlier, the size and luxury of the chandelier represents the power specific hierarchy It was sometimes.

Replacing the context to the current environment (the city of tea field), hierarchy is thin, because it is a place of communication with an unspecified number of flat people, that to reduce the physical meaning mass with the original chandelier I was thinking. Therefore, in this chandelier is a 2D, was produced as a single solution that is not too strong luminosity suppress the loveliness. 青山道アートフェア2016の参加店であるcafe crisscrossの為に制作した照明。イベント、セレモニーという言語の意味をデノテーション・コノテーションにより深層化していくと（火、蝋燭、松明）という言語に行き着い、儀式や宴といった限定的な空間につながる為今回の環境・イベントに対しての解として照明を考案した。

モチーフに用いたシャンデリアは元来、上記の意味を持った蝋燭・炎を用いて修道院や富裕層が集まる舞踊場などの集会、宴会といった人が集う場の象徴として存在し、シャンデリアの大きさや手の混みようが権力的なヒエラルキーを表していることもあった。その内容を今回の環境（街の喫茶場）に置き換えると、ヒエラルキーは薄く、不特定多数のフラットな人とのコミュニケーションの場である為、本来のシャンデリアの持つ物質的質量（大きさ、手の混みよう）を薄くする事を思索した。よってこのシャンデリアは2Dで可憐さを抑え光度が強すぎない事を1つの解として制作した。2D化においてモチーフで使用したシャンデリアの画像はオリジナルではなく、今回の文脈に合わせる為誰でも簡易に入手可能なインターネットから取得し、印刷手法も手間がかからず大量制作が可能なシルクスクリーンプリントで制作を行った。

This product use pachinko ball that familiar gambring in Japan.  pachinko balls is 1 ball 4jpy,so this table value is over 80000 jpy be cause I use 20000 balls .I tried to flesh out the meaning of things that were fleshed out and the design of monetary value in this table.

Originally the Round Table is suitable for communication , such as conversation , criticism is human beings among the tools.So I'm in a circular design with great intention and think around the table about t his thing .

このテーブルでは、日本でなじみのある娯楽の１つのパチンコで使用される球を 用いて制作している。1球4円という貨幣的な価値が定量化されたいるパチンコ玉 を素材とすることで貨幣的な価値の肉付け及び、デザインしたモノが持つ意味の 肉付けを試みた。このテーブルでは20000球を使用したので、80000円以上の 貨幣的な価値が存在していると言える。円卓は道具の中でも人間同士が会話・批 評といったコミュニケーションをすることに適しているのでこのテーブルを囲んで このモノについて考えると意図を込めて円形のデザインにしている。

This object was made with a glass marble(called "B-DAMA" in japan) with a context of a defective item.  The marble has come from the name B which is a meaning of a defective item.  I attempted to change the meaning that the marbles have, especially by using B-DAMA used in Japan for furniture decoration.  This object was created by a defective material, so this shelf was partially treated to remove the glass marbles on the surface, to include that meaning and context in object.This object use as interior object and furniture.  This object can give an impression that it is not only one of the tool and decoration of interior, but also the strength of time-consuming handcraft which is not found in mass-produced items.

This work was produced gotten the concept of < dream cute bookshelf > .  This shelf is produced by using glass marbles that called B-dama in japan.the origin of the name of B-dama , are said to have come from in the sense of a defective product (B). In addition there is a history that has been used since the Heian period as a gambling tool in Japan . Dual nature of these positive and negative , answered the marbles with a whim of the theme by the material .This shelf is not present relationship between the signifier ( symbolic representations ) and the signified ( signified ) that the original of the bookshelf , it can be said that the state in which the signifiant are floating .

この作品は<夢可愛い本棚>というコンセプトをいただいて制作した。夢可愛いという言葉の意味をファッション（フェアリー系）で 使用されている意味と、夢・可愛い・フェアリーという言語の意味からコンセプトを掘り下げた。そこで病的 過剰性・夢・空想・夢想・幻想・処女性・少女性・キラキラ・ふわふわ..などの意味を抽出して、その意味を作品に肉付け （価値の付加）するのに適した素材を用いて制作した。ビー玉は古くはエジプト時代からガラス細工という装飾 として用いられてきた。また日本では平安時代から賭博の道具として使われていた歴史がある。さらにビー玉という 名称のルーツは諸説あり、ガラス玉を制作する際にA品とB品（欠陥品）と仕分けられた時のB品から名付けられたと いう説がある。こういったポジティブとネガティブの二面性、気まぐれ性を持ったビー玉を素材にすることで（夢可愛い） というテーマに答えた。本棚を依頼され寸法や設置場所などを考慮して制作したが、このモノには本棚というシニフィアン （記号表現）とシニフィエ（記号内容）の関係は存在せず、シニフィアンが浮遊している状態と言える。
